According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 56,481 total arrests made in US cities for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (42.74K), followed by Black or African American (9.31K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (3.04K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 44,484 (79%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (36.22K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (8.26K).
