According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 8,949 total arrests made in US metropolitan counties for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (7.41K), followed by Black or African American (1.25K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (159).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 6,768 (76%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (5.49K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (1.28K).
