Non-Compliance Description:

On Wednesday, Mrach 20, 2024, at approximately 11:15am at Midsouth Packers Establishment M47028. IPP and Dr. REDACTED observed a humane handling non-compliance during routine hats checks, it was discovered that the animals didn’t have enough water and the water buckles was not the correct size that’s needed to hold a good amount of water without the animal turning it over. This noncompliance violates regulation 313.2, the owner was notified and the water buckles were fill several times throughout the day to ensure the animals have access to water at all times.
