Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all US counties, Hawaii, HI had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Two Or More Races (5.81%), followed by Kauai, HI (4.83%), and Maui, HI (4.16%).
