Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all US counties, Oglala Lakota, SD had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (93.12%), followed by Kusilvak, AK (92.71%), and Todd, SD (87.38%).
