Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all Oklahoma counties, Adair County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (46.18%), followed by Cherokee County (36.55%), and Caddo County (26.04%).
