Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Alaska counties, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (81.75%), followed by Kenai Peninsula Borough (79.67%), and Denali Borough (78.69%).
