Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Alaska counties, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (81.31%), followed by Kenai Peninsula Borough (79.92%), and Denali Borough (79.53%).
