Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all Wyoming counties, Laramie County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (2.23%), followed by Albany County (1.37%), and Sweetwater County (1.14%).
