Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all Wyoming counties, Laramie County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (2.81%), followed by Albany County (1.69%), and Natrona County (1.42%).
