Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (1.52%), followed by Weber County (1.21%), and Davis County (1.14%).
