Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (1.47%), followed by Weber County (1.15%), and Davis County (1.13%).
