Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (13.46%), followed by Ramsey County (12.28%), and Stearns County (7.3%).
