Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (12.08%), followed by Ramsey County (10.99%), and Olmsted County (5.14%).
