Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (67.92%), followed by Madison Parish (62.33%), and Orleans Parish (59.19%).
