Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (67.97%), followed by Madison Parish (62.33%), and Orleans Parish (59.64%).
