Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all Iowa counties, Black Hawk County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (9.05%), followed by Scott County (7.24%), and Polk County (6.57%).
