Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all Indiana counties, Marion County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (27.61%), followed by Lake County (23.98%), and St. Joseph County (12.79%).
