Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (71.14%), followed by Clayton County (69.6%), and Dougherty County (69.48%).
