Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (73.41%), followed by Dougherty County (67.54%), and Clayton County (66.34%).
