Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all Alaska counties, Aleutians East Borough had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (8.77%), followed by Aleutians West Borough (6.65%), and Anchorage Borough (5.33%).
