Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Alaska counties, Aleutians East Borough had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (8.07%), followed by Aleutians West Borough (6.14%), and Anchorage Borough (5.35%).
