Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all Utah counties, San Juan County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (47.36%), followed by Uintah County (6.75%), and Grand County (3.67%).
