Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all Utah counties, San Juan County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (47.58%), followed by Uintah County (6.54%), and Grand County (3.58%).
