Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (8.09%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.57%), and Lafourche Parish (2.7%).
