Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (7.8%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.56%), and Lafourche Parish (2.79%).
