Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Idaho counties, Benewah County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (6.92%), followed by Bingham County (5.43%), and Lewis County (5.42%).
