Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all Idaho counties, Benewah County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (8.09%), followed by Bingham County (5.54%), and Nez Perce County (5.28%).
