Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Virginia counties, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (1.76%), followed by Newport News city (1.69%), and Manassas city (1.51%).
