Renville County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (24.39), followed by Williams County (22.69), and Adams County (17.42). On the other hand, Slope County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-16.14), followed by Walsh County (-15.12), and Kidder County (-13.04).
