Lake County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (26.93), followed by Mackinac County (25.99), and Montmorency County (21.9). On the other hand, Keweenaw County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-3.68), followed by Missaukee County (-3.01), and Luce County (-0.16).
