Bent County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (51.88), followed by Custer County (38.74), and Elbert County (31.93). On the other hand, Kiowa County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-34.21), followed by Clear Creek County (-22.12), and Eagle County (-20.09).
