According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net international migration for West Virginia was 996. Monongalia County had the highest net international migration (387) followed by Kanawha County (118), and Jefferson County (55). On the other hand, Morgan County had the lowest net international migration (-4), followed by Hancock County (-3), and Hampshire County (-2).
