According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net international migration for West Virginia was 885. Monongalia County had the highest net international migration (313) followed by Kanawha County (96), and Cabell County (68). On the other hand, Wood County had the lowest net international migration (-9), followed by Mason County (-5), and Hampshire County (-5).
