Pennsylvania Net International Migration By County in 2023

According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for Pennsylvania was 68,035. Philadelphia County had the highest net international migration (17,671) followed by Allegheny County (7,042), and Montgomery County (4,790). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest net international migration (1), followed by Potter County (3), and Forest County (3).

Net International migration for a given county refers to the difference between the number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States.
