According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net international migration for Massachusetts was 72,892. Middlesex County had the highest net international migration (23,564) followed by Suffolk County (15,345), and Essex County (8,568). On the other hand, Nantucket County had the lowest net international migration (79), followed by Franklin County (209), and Dukes County (252).
