According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for Illinois was 92,822. Cook County had the highest net international migration (55,590) followed by DuPage County (9,522), and Lake County (6,091). On the other hand, Massac County had the lowest net international migration (-4), followed by Hamilton County (-2), and De Witt County (-2).
