Brunswick County had the highest net domestic migration rate (56.14) followed by Currituck County (40.25), and Pender County (39.94). On the other hand, Hertford County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-12.65), followed by Cumberland County (-11.14), and Bertie County (-9.13).
