According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net domestic migration for West Virginia was -4,298. Berkeley County had the highest net domestic migration (1,217) followed by Jefferson County (410), and Preston County (247). On the other hand, Kanawha County had the lowest net domestic migration (-1,068), followed by Raleigh County (-615), and Logan County (-586).
