According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Missouri was 9,638. Jefferson County had the highest net domestic migration (1,964) followed by St. Charles County (1,569), and Clay County (1,498). On the other hand, St. Louis County had the lowest net domestic migration (-5,806), followed by St. Louis city (-5,662), and DeKalb County (-1,439).
