According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for Missouri was 4,160. St. Charles County had the highest net domestic migration (2,423) followed by Greene County (2,078), and Jefferson County (1,534). On the other hand, St. Louis County had the lowest net domestic migration (-9,048), followed by St. Louis city (-8,548), and Jackson County (-3,122).
