According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Massachusetts was -36,572. Bristol County had the highest net domestic migration (1,177) followed by Barnstable County (635), and Plymouth County (615). On the other hand, Suffolk County had the lowest net domestic migration (-14,679), followed by Middlesex County (-13,088), and Norfolk County (-4,435).
