Kings County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (454,247), followed by Bronx County (228,920), and Queens County (228,388).

On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (14), followed by Wyoming County (34), and Schuyler County (60).
