Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (12,050), followed by Davidson County (11,468), and Knox County (4,604).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (2), followed by Clay County (4), and Hancock County (5).
