Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (11,520), followed by Davidson County (10,321), and Knox County (4,384).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (2), followed by Clay County (4), and Van Buren County (7).
