Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 196,634; and represented 3.55% of the total North Carolina female population in 2023.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (54,905), followed by Mecklenburg County (37,484), and Guilford County (15,583).

On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (22), followed by Hyde County (24), and Tyrrell County (27).
