Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 171,912; and represented 3.22% of the total North Carolina female population in 2020.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (44,869), followed by Mecklenburg County (34,985), and Guilford County (14,394).

On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (17), followed by Hyde County (23), and Graham County (25).
