Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (70,878), followed by Wake County (52,736), and Forsyth County (22,271).

On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (63), followed by Graham County (66), and Bertie County (98).
