Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the North Carolina Hispanic White alone female population was 346,844; and represented 6.74% of the total North Carolina female population in 2015.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (51,839), followed by Wake County (39,301), and Forsyth County (17,015).

On the other hand, Graham County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (84), followed by Bertie County (87), and Gates County (89).
