Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Missouri Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 2,390,018; and represented 79.94% of the total Missouri male population in 2016.

St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (320,680), followed by Jackson County (211,902), and St. Charles County (167,851).

On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (941), followed by Mercer County (1,747), and Knox County (1,889).
